Discounts
There are two possible discounts that can help reduce the cost (students can get both discounts):
Greater Mountain West discount: students who are current residents of Colorado, the Dakotas, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, or Wyoming will receive a discount from their tuition cost to incentivize debate in the Greater Mountain West. Qualifying students will receive a $25 discount.
Early-bird discount: successful registration by April 30th, 2024 qualifies for a $25 discount.
A $250 deposit is required for residential students upon registration (though you may pay in full). Total payment is due by June 15th. Registration after June 15th requires payment in full upon registration. Once payment has been made and dorm room space has been reserved, we are unable to issue refunds.
The Wyoming Forensics Institute is currently unable to offer financial aid. Our low prices are only possible because the camp is priced run at or below cost. Compared to other institutes throughout the region, however, the WFI is extremely cheap, often costing less than camps which are able to provide financial aid and awards.
